This free 10-Day Community Yoga Challenge is your invitation to: 

  • Prioritize your practice and rediscover what it offers you 
  • Practice from the comfort of your home — supported by fellow yogis around the world!
  • Explore different styles of yoga, from Vinyasa to Hatha to Yin
  • Tune into the present moment and reconnect with yourself 
  • Work out your body and unwind your emotions in 20 to 90 minutes classes 
  • Learn from the world’s top yoga teachers (and discover your new favorite!)

How Commune Courses Work

At Commune learning is a collective experience. From June 21-30, we will send a daily email with featured classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. There will be class options from 20 minutes to 90 minutes, from totally chill to completely sweaty. After June 21, free access to the summit will end. Those who want lifetime and/or immediate access to the full program can join Commune Membership.
