It doesn’t require an addictive substance to be living in the frequency of addiction.

Ever wake up in the morning anxious, annoyed, or angry but you don’t know why? Or have persistent negative thoughts you can’t escape? Or you can’t seem to stop self-sabotaging behavior?

That’s the addiction frequency. It’s an unconscious state of thinking, acting, and feeling. Different day, same problems: drinking to cope, arguing with people, accruing more debt, binge eating, hating your job, and feeling a deep dissatisfaction with your life. These are just a few symptoms of living in the addiction frequency.

Good news: You can change the channel.

You don’t have to be stuck in the addiction frequency.

Just like a dial on a radio, each of us is attuned to a frequency. And most of us go through life never realizing we actually have control over this frequency. This workshop will show you how.

Break Out of the Addiction Frequency with Tommy Rosen is based on the technology of yoga, rooted in powerful breathwork and self-awareness techniques, that offer rapid healing for those of us who are tired of hurting.

This workshop is for you if…

  • You’re in any form of recovery from any addictive behavior.
  • You know someone grappling with addiction.
  • You’re in recovery yet still struggling, afraid of relapsing.
  • You’re in recovery and doing the work, ready for the next set of tools to support your path.
  • You work in the field of recovery as a social worker, doctor, nurse, treatment center faculty, counselor, or sponsor and you’re looking at how to better be of service.
  • You’re simply struggling, period, no explanation needed.
  • You experience chronic, ongoing stress, worry, anxiety, or fear and are tired of feeling trapped in those emotions or the cycle of negativity.
  • You experience ongoing, chronic physical pain in your body and don’t know what to do about it.

9am-10am PT

Discussion: The Addiction Frequency & The Power of Breath
Practice: Long, Deep Breathing Exercises
Q&A

Breathing is the single most important thing we do.

Addiction is characterized by a sense of lack, of missing something. And when you breathe poorly, like when anxious or angry, you’re caught up in your head and aren’t breathing well and that sends a signal to your body that perpetuates the addiction frequency. Deep, long breathing is how we interrupt this pattern.

10:15am-11:15am PT

Discussion: Importance of Morning & Evening Practices
Practice: Morning & Evening Practices
Q&A

If you take care of the bookends of the day, the rest of the day will take care of itself.

It’s such a powerful idea for people to understand that when we wake up in the morning, most people wake up with anxiety, fear, and negativity. So, we need to do something right away to set ourselves straight, to create the conditions for the best day possible, regardless of the circumstances that we're facing in the outside world.

11:30am-12:30pm PT

Discussion: The 3 Minds
Practice: Meditation for the 3 Minds
Q&A / Thank You

Addiction is felt and experienced in the mind.

The mind is a terrible master but a wonderful servant. We must understand its functions as it’s an important aspect of addiction recovery and learning how to thrive. So, the key question is this: How do you get the mind to serve the heart, rather than staying trapped in serving the mind? Only heightened awareness can end the inner war.

This workshop is out to change lives. Yours included. Join us on June 13.

You’ll learn the very tools that have helped people get and stay sober, reunite families, heal chronic physical pain, empower the release of emotional trauma, and guide people like you back to their true selves.
