These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, content, products, and services operated by Commune Media, Inc. (“Commune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

By submitting User Content, you grant Commune a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such User Content solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, moderating, improving, and promoting the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Certain features of the Services may be powered by artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies (“AI Features”). These features are provided to enhance your experience and do not replace professional judgment.

AI Features do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Your use of AI Features is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use any AI-generated outputs.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14. INDEMNIFICATION

15. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
