Your body is your best friend—how do you treat it?

In this 5-day yoga program, Mary Beth LaRue will guide you through steady, slow and gentle yoga flows that intentionally end in quiet yin and restorative poses that will melt away stress away and encourage surrender into serenity.

How Commune Courses Work

Learning is a collective experience at Commune: Starting February 24 you will receive a daily email with access to course videos. This encourages all participants to move through the course together! After February 28, the free period will end and the course will lock.

Meet your teacher

Mary Beth LaRue is a yoga teacher, mentor, and co-founder of Rock Your Bliss, a yoga-inspired coaching movement for the mind and body. Mary Beth has taught at multiple Wanderlust festivals, and has been featured in Yoga Journal, National Geographic Traveler, LA Yoga, and Mantra Magazine. Her mission is simply to lead people toward their bliss.

EASY DOES IT is based on Mary Beth’s series called THE RELEASE, a sweet treat of slow flow vinyasa mixed with juicy restorative poses. Expect gentle movement combined with steady breath, creating a grounding and relaxing experience designed to work out the body’s kinks. Each class ends with a mind-melting combination of yin stretches and quiet, supported breathwork.
