Flow is a pure state of immersion, a place where you become fully present, energized, and focused. When you learn how to tap into your flow state, you are also learning how to live without fear, self-judgment, or distraction.
Each daily lesson is 20 minutes long: We begin with a short free write in our journals, then we flow on our mats, and we end with a reflection and the option to continue writing.
In this class we explore what the words “I am in the flow” inspire in you. We also lay the movement foundation for the rest of the challenge—teaching you a versatile warm-up and a vinyasa sequence that utilizes flowing, primal movements.

The flow state emerges when we find a match between skill and challenge. During the yoga session we play with various levels of challenge core work. It is up to you to decide which variation gets you into your flow.
Part of finding the flow state means leaning into simplicity rather than chasing after complexity. There’s something powerful about leaning into what you know rather than chasing after all of the unknowns.
One of the hallmarks of the flow state is the falling away of expectations and letting the journey unfold. We drop our judgement and no longer have an attachment to a certain outcome. We enjoy the process.
Chelsey Korus has been teaching yoga since the age of 15 and draws from numerous movement practices, including: Anusara, Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Acro, as well as martial arts, free form dance, and ballet.
