The doors of our virtual studio are open. All are welcome.
The reality is simply this: When we move our bodies mindfully, we feel better physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
On our mats we find what we need, when we need it, whether that’s a work-in or a workout. You just need to show up.
Here's how it works:
- Each day, we will send you an email with three classes: One each for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.
- Classes will be a mix of options from 20 minutes to 60 minutes, and from totally chill to completely sweaty.
- Explore different styles from Hatha and Vinyasa to Yin and Yoga Nidra with some of the world's best teachers.
It doesn’t matter what path you choose; what’s important is that you find what works best for you and your body.
