Series #1: Yoga Field Trips with Adriene Mishler
Brand new beginner friendly ~ 30-45 minute classes
Join yoga sensation Adriene Mishler as she brings yoga to ALL people, especially those who need it the most and might get it the least. Practice alongside farmers, police officers, musicians, a bodybuilder, and even a roller derby team. None of these folks had much yoga experience when we showed up at the door, so don’t second guess yourself. Simply roll out your mat to relieve stress and feel good in your body!

Series #2: Meet Me on the Mountain with Caley Alyssa
Great for all levels ~ 20 minute classes
Caley takes you high into the Sierra Nevada mountains for an intoxicating journey of hip-openers, balancing poses, core work, inversions, and twists. Paired with custom soundtracks mixed by DJ Taz Rashid, this class pack will leave you feeling energized and creatively inspired.

Series #3: Yoga Strong with Noah Mazé
Great for all levels ~ 45-50 minute classes
Each class in this series offers poses, skills, and drills to increase stability, strength, and controlled range of motion in a specific region of the body. Noah’s creatively methodical instruction uses props, pose variations, muscular activations, focused motor control, and even deep rest to help you get YOGA STRONG.

Series #4: The Fixx with Schuyler Grant
Great for intermediate and advanced students ~ 45 minute classes
The FIXX is 45 minutes of vigorous vinyasa and no-nonsense instruction set to a kick-ass, all-original soundtrack. You will move, breathe, and sweat to the beat, which evolves to match the progression of the class. Prepare to lose yourself in the flow and get fully FIXXated.
