Meet Your Teacher
Schuyler Grant has been practicing and studying yoga for more than 20 years. Her signature style integrates the breath-based flow of Ashtanga with the precision of Iyengar. She is a co-founder of Wanderlust and the founder of Kula Yoga Project, and is dedicated to bringing her students deep and transformative mind-body experiences.
“What makes this teaching and practicing style different is that we craft classes very intentionally around specific themes — whether that is a specific posture or anatomical action, or something subtler, like chakra or bandha awareness. The result is that each class is like a small piece of theater. There's a beginning, middle, and end, and there are characters who weave in and out. And so through your journey on your mat, you have an experience of really getting somewhere and experiencing the drama of your own physical and subtle body. Form & Flow is designed as a 5-week program with 20 sessions (4 per week). Each session consists of a 15-30 minute lesson (a mix of lecture and demonstration) and a 30-45 minute yoga practice where you embody the information.

This training is designed for you to absorb the nuances and subtleties of alignment, anatomy, sequencing, pranayama, and bandha and learn how to embody them in your own practice and teaching. In other words, to make them relevant and impactful to you. Along the way, you are sure to have many questions.
Form & Flow participants will be invited to a private room in our community where you can not only meet each other and share your experiences, but also post and answer questions. We will make sure all questions get answered!
