
Grounding Into Grace with Schuyler Grant is a 10-day, all-levels yoga course in which you progressively ground down through every part of the body – from your hands and feet to your hips, forearms, shins, and even the crown of your head – to create ease and lightness in your movement.
Each 30-minute class begins with mobility exercises followed by a flow sequence and finishing with a restorative breathwork session. By the end of the series you will walk away feeling energized, stabilized, and profoundly aware of how you move through space.
Meet Your Teacher

Schuyler Grant has been practicing and studying yoga for more than 20 years. Her signature style integrates the breath-based flow of Ashtanga with the precision of Iyengar. She is a co-founder of Wanderlust and the founder of Kula Yoga Project, and is dedicated to bringing her students deep and transformative mind-body experiences.
