Meet Your Teacher
Tony Riddle is a natural lifestyle coach, author, and record-breaking “rewilded” endurance athlete who has run the length of the UK and completed the Three Peaks Challenge barefoot.
As a child, Tony suffered from clubfoot, which involved years of traumatic treatment. Since then, Tony has devoted his life to physical training in various forms – from serving in the army to becoming a respected pilates teacher and rewilding movement coach.
Tony’s first book, How To Be More Human, will be released in 2022.

Daily Course Outline
In 10 days, you’ll learn how to rewild your feet, realign your posture, and sit comfortably on the floor as well as balance, jump, hang and run more efficiently. By practicing these techniques you will enjoy more mobility, less chronic pain, and an ease of movement that makes exercise playfully joyful once again.
