"Absolutely life changing. Can not express my gratitude with words."

"Superb journey. I'm going to do it again before I move to the next. Also, I love this group, world inclusion and connection, wonderful. Love to you all and everyone!"

"Adriene and yoga always resets me. I'd lost my way slightly with my anxiety before this course but I always know that [I can] knuckle down, do the yoga, the meditation, and work on myself. 14 days on and I'm back to my old positive self - it feels like a natural remedy for me. Always try to keep up regular yoga but I also know that when the going gets tough... I do yoga! Namaste."

"It was such a pleasure to share this special moment with all of you guys! Thanks to Adriene and for the amazing journey now I know myself a lot better than 2 weeks ago. It is impressive how we all change within a day."
