Resonance Flow with Schuyler Grant is a FREE 10-day, all-levels yoga course that combines a slow, conscious, “resonance” breath pattern with mellow vinyasa yoga to help you downshift from overdrive and soothe your nervous system. Each 30-minute class links breath and movement so that the worries of the world drop away. Schuyler worked closely with her friend and music producer DJ Taz Rashid to create new, original musical tracks for every class in Resonance Flow.

This yoga series is perfect for getting your day started in a centered way, for winding down before bed, or any time you want to slow down your mental and physical pace.

What is Resonance Breathing?

Resonance breathing is a research-backed method of breathing, usually 4.5 to 7 breaths per minute, that effectively lowers stress, blood pressure, and improves mood. Practice along with the breathing bubble to feel the resonance breath used in this course.

Meet Your Teacher

Schuyler Grant has been practicing and studying yoga for more than 20 years. Her signature style integrates the breath-based flow of Ashtanga with the precision of Iyengar. She is a co-founder of Wanderlust and the founder of Kula Yoga Project, and is dedicated to bringing her students deep and transformative mind-body experiences.
