Simple Self-Care

with Colleen Saidman Yee

Nourishing practices to promote happiness, rest, and pain relief.

Just 15 minutes of self-care a day can radically improve the quality of your life.

In this 10-day course, Colleen Saidman Yee shares a potent mix of yoga therapy, gentle movements, restorative poses, breath and body awareness, essential oils, healing self-touch, and meditation to address and heal ten common symptoms of unease: stress, anxiety, fear, instability, digestion, pain, insomnia, sadness, and discomfort with the unknown.

In this course, you’ll learn:

  • The key modalities for long-lasting wellbeing
  • Movement techniques to encourage healthy digestion
  • Breathing practices to enhance your mood
  • Body awareness meditations to dissolve pain
  • Which essential oils help relieve stress
  • Restorative yoga poses to wind down for sleep
  • Hand positions for self-healing

This unique blend of modalities comes from Colleen’s work in hospitals, helping patients heal and nurses cope with the emotional and physical stress of their jobs. This course adapts these powerful tools so you can practice them at home in convenient 20-minute sessions.
