Here you will join Jillian and her team of renowned experts in fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness for an immersive 5-day experience involving: personalized coaching, tailor-made meals, motivating workshops, and progressive body therapies. Check In: Arrive between 1:00pm - 2:00pm on Wednesday, August 21. We’ll circle up with Jillian at 2:30pm followed by a workout and our first communal dinner.

6:00am - 8:00am — Coffee, Tea, Cold Plunge
8:00am - 9:00am — Light Breakfast
9:30am - 11:30am — Morning Mindful Movement + Meditation/Breathwork
12:00pm - 1:00pm — Lunch
1:00pm - 3:00pm — Lesson with Jillian
3:00pm - 5:00pm — Boot Camp with Jillian
5:00pm - 6 :00pm — Shower / Pre-dinner Hang Time
6:00pm - 7:00pm — Dinner
7:00pm - 8:00pm — After-Dinner Walk or Hike

Check Out: Depart after 1:00pm on Sunday, August 25. Topanga is full of epic hikes and cool little local shops, plus the beach is just 20 minutes away! Ask us for recommendations.

Matt Phippen
Yoga, FRC, Breathwork

With formal training in a variety of disciplines, Matt’s teaching pulls from numerous styles of yoga and from Functional Range Systems. He is certified as a Functional Range Conditioning movement specialist (FRCms), as a Functional Range Release Practitioner (FR), and he also teaches Kinstretch.

Justine Malick

Justine is forever fascinated by the healing power of working the body-mind through the blend of various modalities. She was a competitive figure skater for over a decade and Pilates has been an integral part of her life since she was 12. She is the owner of Sapphire Pilates in Silver Lake, Los Angeles.

At the end of the end of the end of a road, perched atop a remote valley of the Santa Monica mountains, sits Topanga Commune: 10 acres of meandering paths, oak trees, palms and gardens abutting state land. You won’t believe you are less than an hour from the heart of LA.

The property has a main house, a guest house, four tea house private rooms, three sweet A-Frame cabins, and plenty of space for camping. Sleep on organic mattresses and linens and enjoy the bounty of LA’s best local farmers for every home-cooked meal.

The property also has a sauna, hot tub, plunge pool, basketball, badminton, and a plethora of hammocks.

Songwriter Neil Young lived on this property for many years and was deeply inspired by this magical spot. If there is anywhere in the world to find “a heart of gold,” it may be here.
