Day 4: Overcoming Overwhelm

 

Today we learn the first step to dealing with overwhelm — setting firm boundaries. There are many situations in life we can’t control, and when those things all pile on at once and we don’t react appropriately, we slowly sink underwater. Beat back the tide using boundaries to prioritize what’s really important and carve out time to pursue what makes you truly well and helps you perform at a high level.
